Delray Beach Twilight

EVENT DESCRIPTION: This is not your grandma’s health and lifestyle festival. Delray Beach’s downtown Atlantic Avenue is being taken over for two days for an event that will not only bring national media coverage, but one that will host tens of thousands of active attendees. This event will certainly be one to remember. Unlike ‘stage races,’ such as the Tour de France, which occur over great distances, this is a sprint-style race, with a short, 1 kilometer course that is lapped over, and over and over again, while spectators line the streets to watch for an hour and a half.

Ever seen bikes move faster than cars? You will. We’re bringing out the big dogs on this one, and they are hungry. After all, there is a $25,000 prize pool riding on it.

The event will end with an official podium presentation for the race winners in the presence of all event media, both national and local.
