• Travel fund of $5,000 for each participating participating race. Funds divided equally among D1 riders and payed to teams. Total fund of $65,000.

  • USA CRITS is moving toward more of our streams outside the paywall. To do this, we need to secure sponsors. This step will provide greater value to D1 teams throughout the season. We are also enhancing the watch format to include more data and additional stream angles.

  • Teams will be provided four (4) entries into all participating USA CRITS Series races* in 2020 - $2,200 approximate value. Certain races may provide six (6) entries.

  • Teams will be provided six (6) entries into Finals and a maximum of ten (10) into Birmingham Hammerfest -- potential $800 value.

  • Callups will be conducted prior to each Series race. Each D1 team will receive at least one callup. USA CRITS determines callups with priority placed on standings and jersey holders.

  • The current plan for 2020 is to have two (2) D1 only races (Hammerfest and Finals). Hammerfest will have a team-based payout ensuring all teams benefit.

  • There will be a $1,250 travel stipend for teams sending four (4) or more riders to Hammerfest.

  • One (1) Series promotional USA CRITS D1 Team video to be completed by USA CRITS from content gathered during Hammerfest. See previous team profile videos on http://usacrits.com or Flickr.

  • Photography: There will be at least two (2) custom photography shoots for each team at Hammerfest. USA CRITS will also have staff photography available from each Series race. Teams are provided access to these photos at no charge. Last season this was over 5,500 images.

  • A new team winner purse will be available at each Series race. $500 will go to the winning D1 team.#TeamTuesday on social media accounts will highlight each USA CRITS D1 Team throughout the 2020 Series.

  • Only squads signing on to be a USA CRITS D1 team to compete for the Series' Champion's Purse and Leaders' Jersey Program. The final purses will be determined by January 10th.

  • Each USA CRITS Series race will have a minimum $7,500 USD purse for men and a $7,500 purse for women--some will have more.

  • Teams will receive one USA CRITS D1 Team feature in the USA CRITS Series e-newsletter distributed post-race to our 30,000-member mailing list.

  • We will continue to share custom content developed by teams across our platforms.

  • USA CRITS will work with mutual team and Series sponsors to create other team/sponsor marketing opportunities.

  • We will continue to work with events to establish a D1 Team paddock parking area at each USA CRITS event to allow greater exposure to the media and allow for pre-race live and recorded on-camera interviews.

  • Team videos will also be incorporated into our website(s) and pushed to social media throughout the year.

  • All 2020 USA CRITS teams will be guaranteed free entry in the Winston-Salem UCI Road Race should they choose to participate.

  • Boise Gran Fondo Hincapie - Free entry to D1 teams with preregistration.

  • 2020 National Invites

A 20% commission will be paid back to USA CRITS D1 Teams on cash sponsors generated for the Series. Sponsor decks will be sent out to teams signing up.

* Select events surrounding USA CRITS races (i.e. UCI, multi-day races) may have some additional requirements.
